And I don’t think there’s much more to it than that. I put this in the same category as watching elaborate domino displays. Fun, temporarily mesmerizing, completely shallow.

Found out this classic was for sale just a few days too late, otherwise it would be hanging in my living room. Mark Ryden’s best work, which is saying quite a lot. A mixture of symbols, detail, absurdity and fantastic skill.
