Siberian artist Marina Bychkova takes the inherent creepiness of realistic dolls to a whole new level with her tiny porcelain creations. Her “Enchanted Dolls” feature ball-joints and tattoos and anatomically correct private parts.

    An interesting continuance of Hans Bellmer’s work.
    The (lifesize) dolls he produced and photographed in the mid-3o’s were rather more explicit, though.

    really love, love, LOVE this work. is it wrong to wish all dolls were more like this one?
